Kathleen is a John Marshall Law School graduate and has been practicing law for 23 years.  Kathleen believes communication is key to a successful legal transaction and has structured her office policies and procedures around establishing effective lines of communication between. Her practice strongly embraces technology, while always, understanding that some situations warrant the personal touch of a phone call instead of an email.  Because it closely ties in with real estate, Kathleen also practices probate and estate planning including preparation of living trusts, preparing or updating wills, and drafting power of attorney documents for heath care and property.

Andrea works with our real estate buyers, processing their files, assisting agents and clients with any questions or concerns during the purchasing process. She also opens new files, ensuring clients, and their agents, are personally greeted when we receive a new contract. Andrea is also cross-trained to assist our real estate sellers as well. She has 20 years of diverse real estate experience including mortgage lending, financial planning, and modifications. Andrea has an associates degree in business.

Heather negotiates our short sale files. She works closely with our short sale clients and their agents in order to help make this potentially stressful and drawn out process as swift and uncomplicated as possible. Beyond short sales, Heather is cross-trained and can assist with traditional real estate transactions and estate planning. She has been in real estate for 8 years, working for a mortgage brokerage and its sister real estate company before obtaining her associates in paralegal studies.

Tammy prepares our seller’s files for closing, completing title clearance, ordering surveys, payoffs, HOA documents, and other necessary items, as well as preparing closing documents When not preparing a sale for closing, Tammy assists with our estate and probate files. She has been a paralegal for 24 years and is cross-trained on real estate law, estate planning, and probate law. Tammy has a bachelors degree in paralegal studies.
